i made a couple of threads on /soy/ about this, and a teen said i should post on the boorum about it
it was a group of soldiers in line. it might've had two panels. i'm pretty sure it was traced from a photo of the East German National Volksarmee, since one of the things i remember most distinctly was that same weird helmet shape. i'm not sure about which variants it had, though soyak is likely. i think that in one of the panels, there was a flag being held
that said, the reason i'm making this post in the first place is because i haven't been able to find it despite searching with the relevant tags. i've tried
