The nu comment editor sucks

You can turn it off but I agree it's annoying as fuck currently.
If it only appeared after scrolling down it'd be fine but having it immediately appear and cover the post you're trying to view sucks.

i thought they just added it for april fools but apparently it was a permanent change for no reason

Thanks, did not know you could do that. Although it should still be turned off by default (if not just removed entirely)
