Remove Redundancy in Quick Tagging

Tagging with quicktag has become a little more tedious with the addition of [category name] in front of every tag name (such as Green Background, Transparent Background, Blue Background). It would be a lot easier to use without the category name being inserted in front of each variation of a category (Green, Transparent, Blue).
