Please Fix Thread Notification Links Getting Ruined by Threads Being Moved to Other Categories

When a thread gets moved to another category (e.g. - General post moved to Metadiscussion), notifications from that thread before it got moved don't work anymore. It would be nice if this issue was fixed.
