Ignoring this problem will only make it even worse. We SoyGQDS used to be a unique chuddy community, but ever since Quote became admin, the site has turned into a cesspool full of unironic faggots and porn.

Though this is true it will never be applied simply due to the fact that:
1 - Too much history and material in is the soysphere (Sharty, Booru, Wiki, etc.) has NSFW material, and removing all of it afterwards would be terrible/won't be received well.
2 - Rulecucking in general is terrible unless it is in absolute necessity. All the rules in the world can't enforce stupid teenagers from posting stupid shit. Nobody would follow it and most would either quit or jump to other sites/splinters.
3 - Jannies and the admins won't do it. They've actively allowed degenerate material and degenerate bad actors into the site for literal years. Why would they stop now and kill the "user base"?
