I'm not saying that telegram itself is bad, it simply has parts for which it's more known on the anglosphere, bad parts. which is why it's banned on the sharty, I've had posts denied because I forgot to remove a telegram watermark, infact I've been banned for that but got appealed succesfully.why wouldnt they be? telegram is just a messaging platform and people can upload files there
