While I do love having total freedom to do whatever I want, and I think the reasonable amongst us can agree that is what gives this site potential and makes it fun, there is a point at which behavior extends beyond reason so much so that we have to call into question the strict adherence to the concept.
I don't think this applies to the straight up porn that is being uploaded on to the 'ru. Porn isn't funny, and if you find it funny simply because it's a namefag depicted pornographically, you're probably a retard. It should be banned in my opinion, and that's what this vote is for, but I also want to make a reasonable compromise because I don't think everything risque should be banned. Sometimes risque themes complement humor. For example (not a funny one, but it isn't that bad), that would include those stupid edits of gapejaks sucking on poorly drawin dicks. Or pinejaks I guess. This is also something that cannot be left up to admin discretion.
Anyway, here's the rule implementation:
- Ban any depiction which constitutes nothing more than a pornography as the central "joke" (this still leaves it to admins to decide, idk if there is a way completely around this)
- Completely ban any formats, such as this one:
which exist for no reason beyond being pornographic from here on out, even as they continue to be created.
- No retroactive bans. Depictions made before this vote will not be banned, BUT posting them in comment sections or in the forum WILL result in a ban.
Examples (in descending order of severity):
Absurd depictions probably shouldn't be banned because they only serve to disgust or mock. It's quite a different case and that's not what this vote is about.
Some borderline examples of namefag depictions with no joke but porn involved:
Very blatant pornography that a janny should easily be capable of deciding to ban (very brimmy by the way):
Remember, even if this passes it's Mustard's choice whether to implement this rule, and I doubt if he does he'll include it for any but the last category examples.
