- Added automatic management of the meta:last_post tag by adding it to the latest booru post made by permanently sitewide banned users and removing it if they are later unbanned (checks the 5 most recent ban actions every 2 hours).

Did you already run it so all banned users' last posts have the tag or is it just working for future bans/unbans. If it's the latter I can run my script to add the tags for all current bans.[changelog]

- Added an emergency shutdown mechanism. Jannies can now temporarily disable the bot by banning it, causing it to automatically stop running its scheduled site tasks until the ban is lifted. Additionally for shared tasks between the 'ru and 'ki, if it is banned on either site, the shared task will be skipped entirely (community dailyjaks).

- This is just an bug fix, but I been running into in issue where sometimes when it favorites an post for the chosen Dailyjak it would fail to actually do so, so now when an api request to soybooru fails for any reason, it will retry again once
