Referendum: The Manifesto and Points of the Poopist Liberation Army (fix)

The people of Soybooru have suffered under the implementation of Rule 14. We, the Poopist Liberation Army of the booru, demand immediate reform of Rule 14 of the booru. Rule 14 was a quick and easy way to ban the Soybooru user @gooner, but this has come with great consequences to the users of Soybooru. Since Rule 14 was enacted, we have seen the restriction of free speech of the users of Soybooru and unjust bans (ex: Pantokrator, Titanlum, Soymask, Supersagecoal, and even Cobblestone). Because of this, the Poopist Liberation Army demands the revision of Rule 14 of Soybooru; if this isn’t met, we are ready to liberate the ‘Booru for the Poopist cause.
The points and demands of the Poopist liberation army:

• 1: The unbanning of the martyrs and victims of rule 14
  

We demand that any victims who were banned unfairly because of the implementation of 14 be unbanned.

• 2: the immediate reform of rule 14
  

In all truth, rule 14 was written to ban @gooner, but the fallout of this rule is dire, so we propose the revision of rule 14.
Rule 14: You will not post poop in a sexualized and fetishized manner, but posting poop in a satirical or nonsexual manner shall be allowed.

• Fetish and sexualized content will be defined as depicting feces in a sexual manner and in order to express fetishes.
  
• Nonsexual content will be defined as depicting feces in a nonsexual manner in order to make a joke.
  
• 3: keep @gooner banned
  

The reason why this even happened in the first place is because of @gooner, but we shouldn’t unban her; instead, we should ban her for sending nudes of herself without permission.
