Rule 15.2 shall be amended as follows to clarify it:
15.2. The Senate shall have the power to approve or deny referendums. It shall choose among itself by majority decision whether to approve or deny them. No referendum shall be passed without the approval of the Senate, regardless of the results of any popular vote attached therein. The Senate may pass referendums not containing polls, as long as said referendum is posted in the metadiscussion forum and the requisite majority of senators state that they approve said referendum in its thread.
