Referendum: Ban anonymous commenters from mass tagging in gallery comment sections

The reason i am making this poll is because of vergilius hes an annoying retarded gay faggot who takes dicks up his prolapsed dirty aids ridden ass and he keeps filling up my notifications with his special school down syndrome spam. Hes literally bypassing ignores by logging out of his account and doing what he always fucking does all day every day because hes a retarded faggot who has aides and herpes and salmonella in his ass and he lives in the streets. By voting yes to my referendum you agree to stop him and any anonymous commenters from mass tagging anybody and making a nuisance out of wveryoene in comment sections.

Also i should probably clarify but by making this poll my aim is not to ban anonymous commenters from tagging namefags in general. That is allowed so long as theyre not spamming the comment section with their bullshit. Oh and i have to write the actual rule here apparently.
