Senate Candidacy and My Plans

I will not write bland shit without a plan like

instead i offer you the complete plan of the reforms i would carry out
1. Ban on jannies being namefags at the same time
I would make a rule which would make it so jannies can not be namefags at the same time
This would make it harder for any corruption to happen since the jannies would be harder to communicate to and wouldn't be able to abuse their janny powers on other namefaggots
2. Adding a ban button to General and Offtopic threads
This would make it so the creator of the thread can ban people that post in it
this function already exists in other forum categories, so why doesn't it exist in Gen&Off?
3. Clamp down on NSFW media
Some would argue that this is a hunky move, But it is not.
Most of these NSFW medie does not exist for the mean of archiving good posts or posting artworks but are rather Mass produced porn-slop images that include namefags
these posts make the gallery look like shit and do not offer anything except for controversy from which certain namefags gain their popularity
(for example the one foid who sent people her nudes, or the FPE fag who keeps spamming links to Fpe porn)
I believe that if nsfw media won't be regulated properly then the number of such "trolls" who spam porn will only go up
4. Full transparency on the workings of the senate
This would make it so the users and (you) would know what the senate is doing and why
This would also make it harder for Senators to abuse their powers
Senators would give a rapport on what they are working on every week, The bills passed, who voted on them and who abstained, They would also have to say what bills they plan on passing in the future
5. Make 2 types of referendums
I will split referendums into two types:
A rule Type and an addition Type
A rule Referendum would be a referendum regarding the rules of the booru and would operate on the same rules as booru referendums operate now
An addition referendum would be a referendum asking for the addition of Features, Such as New emoji's or Changes to the Gui, THis type of referendum would operate on different rules
Instead of needing 100 votes, it would only require 70, and instead of 75% of voters to be in favour of it it would only rquire 66% which is still a supermajority of two thirds of all voters
This would make it so that referendums regarding SNCA wouldn't get stuck on the lack of voters, (which will probably happen a lot, Let's be real, nobaldi cares about the addition of new emoji's)
