@custard I have a question about referendums
Can referendums be MODIFICATIONS to a rule? Like adding an extra clause to, say, Rule 2, that x variant will be treated no differently than a child, and thus any sexual depictions of them will be considered fagphilia.
Is this allowed and how would it have to be formatted?
Also where are the instructions on how to format referendums?
