He must have the same, or more rights / decisive power than Mustard that he has as of writing. Fellow Global Administrators are not allowed to demote him, restrict, or undermine his decisive power, rights, and or privileges that go along with being a Global Administrator, and an unbanned member of the Soysphere. His right to speech may not be infringed by Mustard, or any future appointed admin. They (as in the fellow staff members) may not reveal, publish or spread the personal information of Gold,
Restricting Gold's administrator privileges - Safety net
Only Quote may remove rule 15. If Quote does not trust Gold, he will choose that Gold may not view user's IPs, he will see every user IP with a cloak. The writer of this document knows he won't trust him, as he asked Quote indirectly if he should publish Coalfarmer's IP address once on SNCApedia for being annoiyng, and he kinda feels guilty :(. His rights as Admin
