Referendum: Revert Rule 14 and actually enforce existing tagging rules on posts like Gooner's

Many historical soyjaks feature poop and if Rule 14 were fully enforced it would purge a great number of these historical 'jaks from the gallery.
A referendum to allow "poop in slopjaks" has been suggested by others, but the distinction between slopjak and non-slopjak is highly subjective and it would result in arbitrary rule enforcement. Furthermore, Gooner is an IRL slopjak, and hence xer posts would be allowed anyway under that referendum.
Instead, posts such as Gooner's should be correctly tagged with meta:pornographic_content so it can be filtered (this tag is filtered for anonymous/logged-out users by default as well). Although properly speaking Rule 8 "Do not post IRL/realistic porn with the intent to arouse, or IRL/realistic gore." should also apply to their posts.
I therefore propose the following:

No clue where you are copying this from but it's not reflected on the wiki rules page and there still seems to be discussion about this from adminsit's only scat that's banned thoughie
