Referendum: Allow flagspam in clearly defined limits

Rule 8: Uploading posts in excess of 10 over a set cooldown period is not allowed:

  • The 10 post limit resets every 4 hours for regular users, 3 for legacy users, 2 for trusted and approvers. No limit for a moderators and admins.
  • Special permission from an admin or a moderator must be received if the user wants to go beyond the 10 post limit.
  • Uploading more than the set limit without permission -> Delete -> 1 day -> 3 days -> 1 week -> 1 month -> permabanned.
