why was Silberfisch 'nished? [make ban reasons public?]

i can't say that i agreed with most of his politics but he was a high-quality poster. i was looking back and realized that he got 'nished. why is this?
maybe ban reasons should be public/shown on the user's profile, like they are on the 'ki. that way, i wouldn't have to ask this question.
