This is a referendum on banning Mustard from Soybooru. If successful, it will add the following rule:
Rule 15: The accounts of the administrator Mustard (custard, MustardMobile, mustardtablet, mustardsmartfridge, mustardsmarttoilet, mustardlaptop, and any not listed here) are permanently forbidden from using Soybooru.
* Any account found to be operated or partially operated by Mustard will be permanently banned from Soybooru.
* Any evasion attempts (proxies, VPNs, etc.) will result in a permanent ban for the account the evasion was done with.
* This will also automatically result in Mustard's demotion, as he can't do his job as an administrator without an account.
