Why do we have to add this?
to prevent underage users from entering this site to prevent minors from having offensive adult humor and to prevent minors from see the degenerate stuff on this site. (and possible getting epi'ed)
What will the ban warning look like?
when a caca enters the site they will be greeted with a warning screen with big red text that says "THIS SITE IS ADULTS ONLY" with a +18 symbol on top of it. It will also have 2 buttons that are a "Yes I am +18 years old" button and a "No I am no +18 years old" button.

just change it to a big popup to the rules and okay or cancel click it banning those who click cancel and forward those who click ok if they actually read it
