Editing tags in smuglet 'tosses

The title says it all; give my tag permissions back. I am a tag connoiseur, that can properly tag every 'toss on the gallery. I have seen many works of unknown Chuds, that keeps getting unproperly tagged. And the action of taking my own tag permissions were certainly unreasonable and should be reverted NOW!
