Janny Demotion Referendum

This rule would immediately demote any janny who receives a 75% majority referendum vote to demote them, with a minimum of 50 votes. This would not apply to higher ranked users than jannies as they are the ones who enforce this rule nor would it apply to approvers as they do not have much power. The demotion process solely removes the janitor role, and they cannot be assigned to any staff position unless another referendum with the same requirements decides to reinstate them.
This rule enforces the democratic and western values that we share while eradicating fascism and racism from the sharty.
