I said roughly no more than 12 posts every 3 hours. Or 19 uploaded at once (1 under the lowest option for page size.) Also allow delaying approvals for flagspam like an hour or so.You should probably elaborate on what you mean with "clearly defined limits" for the joons to take this seriously.
