Making da soyart ou algo assim
This is YOUR chance to put an end to low-effort soyjak porn on the 'log.
This poll has three objectives:
1. Clearly define what constitutes porn padding.
2. Distinguish porn padding from explicit content that is genuinely related to soyjaks.
3. Reduce the presence of generic pornography in the catalog and permanently improve the quality of archived content.
Definition
Porn padding is the inclusion of soyjak-related elements in pornographic or sexually suggestive material when those elements amount only to a superficial modification of a work whose primary content remains the original pornography.
A post shall be considered porn padding when it meets all of the following criteria:
1. The content contains explicit nudity, sexual activity, or a predominant visual focus on genitalia, sexual acts, or pornography.
2. The soyjak-related elements consist primarily of superficial modifications, including but not limited to:
- face replacement or face overlays;
- insertion of soyjak characters or elements into a small portion of the image;
- addition of text, captions, or dialogue;
- alterations that do not substantially modify the primary content of the work.
3. Removing the soyjak-related elements would leave substantially the same pornographic material, preserving its primary content.
Exceptions
Content shall not be considered porn padding when the soyjak-related elements constitute an integral part of the work and their removal would substantially alter the material's context, meaning, identity, or primary purpose.
This category includes, but is not limited to:
- illustrations originally created around soyjak characters;
- comics, animations, or edits whose narrative depends on the characters involved;
- satirical, parodic, or mocking content whose primary target is a specific character, archetype, or user;
- works whose primary identity depends on the presence of soyjak elements.
Merely claiming humor, satire, parody, or mockery does not automatically qualify for an exception. An exception applies only when the soyjak-related elements are central to the content being presented.
Examples of Porn Padding
- existing pornography with faces replaced by soyjaks;
- existing pornography with soyjak characters inserted into the scene without a central role;
- existing pornography accompanied only by soyjak-related captions or dialogue;
- pornography where removing the soyjak elements would leave substantially the same content intact.
Examples That Do Not Constitute Porn Padding
- illustrations, edits, comics, or animations originally created around soyjak characters;
- content in which soyjak characters or elements form a substantial part of the composition;
- works whose primary identity depends on the soyjak elements present;
- explicit content whose primary focus is the satire, caricature, or depiction of a specific character, archetype, or user rather than the pornography itself.
- Femjanny, Crystalcafe, SOME namefag porn and others, since they actually mock people. Making porn of yourself does not fit as an exepception.
Enforcement
Posts that meet the definition of porn padding may be removed.
Additionally, any post that receives at least 15 dislikes and maintains a disapproval rate above 70% shall become a candidate for administrative review. (Only applies to porn padding).
Meeting the disapproval threshold does not imply automatic removal.
Administrators shall retain the authority to interpret and apply this definition in borderline cases, attempts to circumvent it, or situations not explicitly covered by this text.
Punishment escalation: Post removal → Warning → 1 day ban → 3 day ban → 1 week ban → 1 month ban.
Final Notes
The reason I believe it is appropriate to leave part of the decision-making process to a democratic voting system through likes and dislikes is to ensure that the removal of a given post reflects the interests of the broader community. While every effort has been made to make this definition as objective as possible, some degree of interpretation will always be unavoidable. Community feedback helps reduce the impact of individual bias in such cases.
At the same time, the final decision should remain in the hands of the administrators. This is necessary not only for the reasons already mentioned, but also to prevent abuse of the system itself. Without administrative oversight, the website could easily become an echo chamber driven solely by the preferences of whichever group happens to be the loudest or most active at a given time.
The purpose of this proposal is not to eliminate low-effort posts, nor to end the use of pornography as a vehicle for satire, parody, or mockery. Its purpose is to prevent the catalog from becoming a repository for generic pornography that only superficially incorporates soyjak-related elements.
Porn padding should not be prohibited because it is a minimal edit. It should be prohibited because it introduces pornography whose primary content is not related to soyjaks.
The dislike threshold exists to ensure that potentially removable content reflects a genuine concern within the community rather than the opinion of a single moderator. Likewise, administrative review exists to ensure that community voting cannot be weaponized against content that does not actually violate the rule.
