Can you pop herpes warts like pimples?

Hello all, today I bought an inflatable sex doll off of Facebook marketplace and put a photo of cobblegoat over it and had enjoyable intercourse with it for about five-ish hours. When I finally pulled out, I noticed that not only had my tip turned blue, (Like a moldy, cold, hypothermia blue.) but I had also grown warts. I quickly went on r/AskReddit for a diagnosis, and they told me I had herpes. They make my already small penis incredibly ugly, so I was wondering if applying a lot of pressure to the warts would cause them to pop, and I could rub grease on them to get rid of the puss.
