Are you in code-view? If you are, the image should appear as a string of code
Once there, you can add "width=24 height=24" after the first instance of the word "attachment", so it should look as "[atachment width=24 height=24]‌‌(...). You can try quoting the OP and toggling code-view on if you want an example
