is Kiwi Farms really that dangerous?

I became curious abour Kiwi Farms and checked it out, even tried to register but it asks you to do something like using an other email, never using names or passwords you use anywhere else, even possibly using the VPN, because people hate it or something.

Can some explain what's going on there?
