What would be the best age to give my future child internet access? I browsed the 'tube since I was ateast like 6 years old and now I have been addicted to porn since 11. I want my child to not find the degenerate shit i found at a young age but also dont want to overprotect them so they know nothing about the world

My dad introduced me to "CoD:MW" series when i was in early school but I'm pretty sure he did knew that eventually i will play the "no russian" mission

>/qa/ is gemmyBlock access to all corn, imageboards (except sharty's /qa/ and /soy/ because dey are gemmy), reddit, youtube (youtube kids is fine but there is some EPI), most messaging platforms such as der 'cord. Educational websites and video games are fine as long as you're monitoring what they do.Show quoted text
What would be your idea of restricted access?

I think it's fine after the kid starts to develop a personal identity and starts becoming aware of himself as long as you monitor their Internet activity and make sure they're doing fine.
I'd rather have my child play sports, do music, play outside, play games rather than them ever wasting time online.
I think after some point they should be fine to use it within moderation, it's not going to completely destroy them like shoving a phone/tablet in their face for their life as long as you keep track of them, but I still wouldn't consider it a great idea.
Due to our life being so involved within the Internet, I think 8 or so is fine if it's just for educational stuff but for things like social media I'd consider at least 14 years of age.
