is he selling a setup or parts
he's selling the setup all together, there is no GPU but I already have a GTX 1660S so I don't need another
Doesn't seem like an incredible deal to me but idk what the market in your country is like.

It won't be a very big improvement over that, 6th gen is Skylake and 8th gen is just a Skylake refresh since Intel hadn't been forced to compete by Ryzen's release yet.

I'm a guy who's happy playing games with 45-50 FPS and medium graphics, it's a huge improvement compared to my 2016 setup

You are going from a 2016 CPU to a 2017 CPU bruh

well your vram only works for graphics. you'll have 16 gigs of ram, which isnt too good for modern gaming but if you're happy with 45-50 fps it'll be an improvement.
if you have the money i'd say go for it

16GB is fine for gaming. Painful trying to compile certain projects or use local LLMs with that amount but I've never felt like I needed more for gaming.
