Natsuki is really the Doki who fits MC the most. They share interests like manga, have natural banter, and the festival baking scene basically feels like an actual date. MC also genuinely gets involved in her hobbies instead of just listening to her talk about them.
With Sayori, they have history as childhood friends, but both dont really understand what they're going through and both often fail to notice how serious there struggles are. With Yuri, they can bond over reading, but their personalities and interests are pretty different, and their interactions don't feel as naturally mutual. Natsuki is the only one where MC and the Doki actually seem to enjoy the same things and actively connect through them.
