where would something like usage of the new jarty splinter fall? since there is no more rule 3 (offsiting), would its usage of the site return a rule 8 ban? i don't remember or know if it is still alive or not, but its just a general question in how the site handles extreme offsite activity. does not have to pertain specifically to the site i mentioned, however more to the activities that they engage in.
