It Doesn't Seem Like The Changes Your Income Of Boints In Any Regard, Any Reaction Will Give You Boints...
EACH ACTION HAS IT'S OWN UNIQUE COOLDOWN!
This Means When You Post On The Forum, You Have A Cooldown Until You Can Get A Boint For It Again
There Isn't One Cooldown For Every Action, You Can Be On Cooldown For Booru Comments And Still Get A Boint From A Forum Post Or Reaction
Boint Action Cooldowns:
Forum Posts = ~10 Minutes
Booru Comments = ~10 Minutes
Reactions = No Cooldown!
The Clear Result Is That You Should Be Posting On Forums, Commenting On Booru Around 10 Minutes For A Passive Income Of Boints. Reactions Is The Best Way To Get Boints It Seems As They Have The Smallest Cooldown And The Easiest Farming.
Example:
I Post On Forum, That Gives Me One Boint, But I'll Have To Wait Around 10 Minutes Until I Get Another Boint From It
I Can Post A Comment And Get Boints If I Don't Already Have A Cooldown For It, Or I Can Get A Boint From A Reaction
You Can Also Track These Cooldowns Based On The Last Time The System Logged A Point Transaction In Your Transaction History Page <--- GIGAS DO THIS
You Get Boints From Reactions Only When The System Sends You A Notification That You've Gotten A Reaction

TL;DR SPAM DIFFERENT REACTS TO FARM BOINTS
Post On Forum And Borum Interchangably Every 10 Minutes To Maximize Farming And Improve Reaction Output, I Think Boints Were Made To Increase PPH So That's What They Work Around, They Ensure You Don't Just Spam But Post A Lot More...
