It's a mental condition. when someone is unable to notice that they are affected by a impairment or other physical condition, like a guy on a wheelchair who will deny he is paralyzed and when he gets asked to stand up or to raise his arm, he just end say he doesn't want to instead of that he can't (Even though he totally can guys)
