What if Quote actually looks like Femquote in real life?

I am hoping that Quote is a male-to-female in real life, and heres why:

If Quote is actually a transfem, then it would automatically validate the "Femquote" character as being her actual OC, with it being an accurate representation of what her physical appearance is, minus the magenta skin. At the same time, it can implicate that she despised the genderbent version of her OC, because it matched too closely with what she looks like, and that why I wish for this to be true.

I would imagine that Quote would then be somewhat of a NEET, where she stays inside all day monitoring imageboards, or surfing the internet. Her body, generally, would be unwashed and it'd contain a massive amount of both body odor, and sweat. This heavily suggests that her room is very smelly, messy, and unorganized; Where her dirty laundry is strewn across the room, as she is too hyperfixated on the internet to tend to a healthy daily routine. When sitting, she likely assumes the same pose as "L" from Death Note does when sat, provided that she has high-functioning autism and holds weird behaviors, which I find to be reasonable enough to assume she has.

This is attractive to me, as I find musk to be an arousing part of the human body when associated with sexual intercourse. I am also into nerdy girls, ones who are almost always indoors for the purpose of browsing the internet, and maintaining an obsessive routine of having an online presence. Here, she could be extremely difficult to approach both online, and in real life, already factoring in that she clearly hates being recognized as a feminine figure, and that she possesses NEET-like habits. Her personality would very well have the same traits as a "tsundere," where she is often avoidant of other people, even her own family, as she prefers seclusion and keeping only a small friend group, consisting of people she trusts enough to be more open-minded.

Now, the reason I still want this to be a reality in spite of the looming flaws that can make it hard to befriend her in any meaningful way, is because it would also be ironic that, this entire time, the admin of the Sharty was a transfem that attempted to maintain this facade of being uninterested, or hard-to-approach. This would explain why she had this short-temper when in relation to certain topics like Femquote, and how she slowly eased up to it towards the end of her administration. Each instance of her banning somebaldi or censoring any discussion of her genderbent OC, would be explained as her having undergone a gender dysphoria episode, or however the troons dilate.

I have neglected to mention something that you have probably noticed being absent from this paragraph; I am unsure if having sex with this hypothetical (and hopefully true) version of her, would be something to gain arousal out of. She may very likely be unshaved, without knowing how to douche, or maintain any proper hygiene. This means that any form of penetration to her anus would be a really repulsive, disgusting endeavor. It goes the same with attempting to kiss her, as she may not have brushed her teeth for an unknowable amount of time. The only form of sexual interaction I could see in this scenario, is groping some parts of her body that may be curved, thin, narrow, or possess a certain amount of fat that can make it attractive in a feminine-sense. This includes her waist, hips, stomach, and some parts of her ass that may not hold the same amount of hair density as other parts of her body.

However, I do not find this to be the main proponent behind why she may be undesirable. It is possible that, with enough time growing closer to her, you can convince her to begin undergoing some form of personal hygiene. Ranging from brushing her teeth, shaving her body, using shampoo while showering more often, and consistently doing laundry. With this in mind, I do not find her lack of personal body care to be an issue, for as long as she is able to clean herself.

That is why I am hoping Quote is a male-to-female transfem in real life.
