There's some pretty important factors to consider here. Do the africans "rule over" the world via aggressive expansion, wiping out various cultures as a result, or by simply having a large population and taking up a lot of surface area on the planet which leads to cultural integration and mixing? If it's the former, then we would most likely be stuck living in the middle ages and the soyjaks we know today might just be a niche inside joke between some village since soyjaks wouldn't have the reach it has due to the internet not existing and other important technologies that could only be invented from the mind of certain cultures. If it's the latter, then it might exist similarly to the contemporary soyjaks but depending on how much influence the bantu cultures have over the others, there'd probably not be anyone autistic enough to invent the certain technologies needed to create the internet and soyjaks would just be printed on paper and mailed to random people by passenger pigeon or some raisin, similarly to chain letters of the old
