I saw a piece of animation that was 30 seconds i want to recreate it but with soyjacks is there any software where it will let me trace the video or anything similar?

kdenlive is pretty easy, just import all your frames as images

i don't think there are a lot of video editors that allow you to trace over the video, i think the best you can get is to remake it in blender or paint.net
what video editing software should be used for these short tiktok-like edits? i have some experience with kdenlive but it's not suitable for these types of video editing
