Unfortunately, I do have to agree when I've looked at the recent terror attacks. They really do have some very strong opsec. One part of me says that it might be deliberate that the intelligence agencies allow them to commit these attacks, or it's because our intelligence agencies are this fucking retarded. Also, their tactics don't always need to apply to you having to do the same stuff as them. Their tactics of networking, building cells, acquiring material, can be used in legal and peaceful ways. They can very simply live off the land and lay low. Those are the best tactics out there. And they can even blend into the crowd perfectly.
