Reintroducing the 'ki-'ru visa program

Great question soyteen. The visa program allows trusted members of one site to receive the equivalent trusted role on the other. For example, if you are Trusted on the 'ki, you can apply to receive Trusted on the 'ru, and vice versa.

>Ok, sound great! But how does it work?
Simple. All you need to do is message the administrator of the site where you want to receive Trusted and let them know you'd like to apply for a visa. Be sure to include your username on the other site so your account can be verified.

Once the sites admin verifies your other account, you will be granted the role. However, to avoid the issues that the previous visa program caused in the past, staff positions no longer transfer between sites. If you're a janny on one site, you will receive Trusted on the other rather than janny permissions. This keeps each site's moderation team independent while still recognizing trusted users across both communities. The receiving site's admin also has the right to deny your application for any reason
