Tumor Research Facility Thread

Somewhere in Africa, none of us are quite sure where despite the globs large size, there lies a gigantic disgusting glob of flesh, with very mixed race skin. It doesn't appear to have any facial features save for a couple eyes, noses, and non-functional deformed mouths on the tumors. The glob of flesh survives by eating any insects, corpses, or garbage right beside it (sometimes human corpses because Africa has wars all the damn time), and after eating it digests it over and over again, feeding its tumors a very regurgitated version of the food it found, it almost looks like throw up and garbage water put together. It moves slowly, like a giant fleshy slug, and it has access to several, broken, cracked, old android phones (some being nokia and windows phones) the tumors use to communicate amongst the greater soybooru. It doesnt appear to create any waste at all, infact its whole inside anatomy is a pure mystery. It's barely seen, and whoever does see it definitely isn't a scientist or biologist.

No one quite knows where it came from or what birthed it, but popular theories state that it is an extreme product of radiation that came from a very deep cave. It barely qualifies as human, which makes some people want it to be classified as a complete subspecies of Homo sapiens

Then the tumors, the main attraction. Theres an estimated forty to sictyof them, and as expected theyre like a dumpster fire of barely developed human functions. Some tumors having permanent pinkeye, or hair growing out of their pupils. Or a nose that has four nostrils, one of them always filled with mucus. Or even a tiny mouth with cleft lip. The unique thing about these tumors is that they appear to have personalities, barely developed ones but personalities nevertheless. Some of them attach themselves to a few traits in order to feel special and unique, when in reality theyre just trying to act like a completely autonomous being. Some communicate amongst themselves, albeit only with pheromones from inside the pile of flesh, according to the most agreed upon theory. They can only communicate with the outside world through their broken obselete cheap stolen phones, and amongst themselves too (picking fights sometimes too!).

The tumors have individual accounts on the booru, but some dont. But if one does, it will likely if not always have some traits of the previous tumor accounts. Due to them being in an unknown location in the African continent, a large majority of them appear to be smug, not knowing that they are all part of a monstrous superorganism with horrific and randomly placed facial features. However, the tumors have proven to not be that intelligent, considering how most are barely conscious if at all.

As said earlier, the glob of flesh looks race-mixed with giant folds of fat as the body of the organism itself, with the tumors scattered everywhere. The tumors are bulbous and bulging out like fleshy blisters. A small layer of body hair also surrounds the fat, and flies land on it often. It moves around by either rolling, using its tumors as tiny limbs, or inching along, trying its best to use its own fat folds to expand and contract its body (think of how an inchworm crawls)

Some findings on what the facial features on some of the tumors are
>several hairs growing out of an eyeball's pupil
>barely developed mouth thats left open permanently, exactly three pieces of teeth, and looks to be undergoing teething too
>nose with four nostrils, one of them constantly producing mucus
>nose with teeth growing inside of its nostrils
>a tiny eye with permanent pinkeye (not on any tumor, strangely enough)
>a "colony" of ears, with the smallest ones surrounding the "colony", and the largest ones constantly overflowing with earwax
>11 tiny fingers inside of an always open non-functional mouth without any teeth
among other oddities.

[DISCLAIMER, this is in no way a complete list, there is an estimated 40-60 tumors on this mass of flesh, probably even more. Most have barely been identified, both on the booru and on real life observations]

So in the end, more information about this creature needs to be known, and experiments with the tumors are very much encouraged. We dont know where the glob of flesh lies, so interacting with the tumors is the closest way we have to communicating to the glob, even if the consciousness of it is split in hundredths. Let us understand this creature more.

Side note: the random assortment of hair, eyes, ears, fingers, toes, nails, mouths, teeth, noses, nostrils, and gums don't always show up on the bulbous tumor parts of the mass of flesh, but they are uncommon and prone to constantly growing, getting rotten, getting consumed and digested by the flesh mass, and then starting anew with a brand new nonsensical combination of facial and body features. Basically lasting temporarily, while the tumors' features stick with them permanently.
