I had a cool dream but would you experience this if you reincarnate

I fell asleep at 3 am yesterday, i forgot. I dreamed about something weird. In that dream i was a newborn baby in a tray. Then beside me there was another baby. We talked about disabled people but i forgot exactly what we talked about. I dont know how but i stood up and crawled inside the ventilation of that hospital. I dont even remember how i got there.
I saw a cat in that vent. When i approached it, it gave me one weed cigarette. I took a puff of it. Everything in that dream got really smokey i could barely see anything. I could hear people coughing and some loud alarm siren thing idk
