what would you recommend

I've got psoriasis.

my grandparents from dads side (so his parents) are two different groups of zapotecs (my grandfather was of valley zapotec ancestry while my grandma [who was a bitch who kicked my moms stomach when she was pregnant with me, maybe thats how i got retardism] was actually mountainous zapotec [or in spanish, zapoteco de la sierras, though if norte or sur; north or southern zapotec I am not sure]).
Also i was born with flat feet if that matters.
