Making a good 'jak isn't about the topic. You can make a funny 'jak about literally anything. The part that matters is that you add funny details to it. These can either be creative and relevant or you can use the shotgun method (as in slopjaks) by simply adding on random shit and hoping that something sticks.
Let's look at one of your jaks:
It's olgol and he's horny for a black dildo. None of that is actually specific to olgol other than the olgolstein variant which you pasted in. It's bare, unfinished.
Olgol is bosnian, which is a country with a high muslim population. What if you drew the dildo as part of a goat-shaped sex doll?
Olgol hates the "Shroom". Why not shape the tip of the dildo's dick like the mushroom in the "shroom" variant?
Olgol also hates "Fashies". Why not put four dildos toghether in the shape of a swastika that hes looking at?
All those ideas are still unfinished. But you can see the technique, which is you need to continue adding features and relevant absurdity, exaggeration with a grain of truth, etc., until you have produced an absurd, comical, or grotesque image of which the subject could in some manner be considered to look like this and say this.
