Yea casual sex can fuck with your brain but “warping your perception” is really a sex addiction thing. human brains are pretty flexible when it comes sexual relationships. also the low commitment of more one off sexual encounters make the brain devalue sex; i wouldn’t at all describe my situation as “low commitment”.
