I used to play JRPGs on my PlayStation 2 in English with an English dictionary by my side, translating word for word. As I grew up, I started immersing myself in internet imageboards, and that helped increase my knowledge of the language. I started watching content in English on YouTube around that time as well.

I never learned absolutely anything of English in school because I had the same English teacher for 10 years, and this teacher hated me with all his might to the point of humiliating me in class by saying that I would never learn English bc I was a dump fuckI used to play JRPGs on my PlayStation 2 in English with an English dictionary by my side, translating word for word.
