My pc keeps brapping itself randomly

Basically this happens every 1 or 2 days at some point my monitor turns black and the pc restarts itself, no message from Windows it just goes black and starts again.
I dont think its the temperature because i dont hear the fans spinning up and i did the memory diagnostic thing and it was ok
