Catholics believe Holy Spirit comes from both the Father and the Son, while Orthodox believe it only comes from the Father. The main thing is that Orthodox churches aren't united under the patriarch in the way that Catholics are united (ev&oe he exists), but Protestantism doesn't have a head figure at all. Orthodox Christians don't believe in Purgatory but don't completely reject a concept similar to it
