So you can't judge if something is "based" unless you look at from multiple point of views.

Is based from the bland eugenics point of view, as they remove the retards of the Gene pool.
But from other point of views it's horrible because it remove people from the Gene pool without determine if they worth to stay or not (as they troon out children).

Is based from the views of someone who want to kill the Jews, because they are all in one place instead of being scattered around the world.
But from other point of views it's horrible, because them having a homeland meaning they have a base.
So if you want to look into different ideologies don't determine if it's based or not unless you look at it from different POVs and what it can do on the long run.
