I used to travel to other countries with my grandparents when I was a kid so they pretty much handled everything for me. As an adult I'd like to travel again but I don't know how to manage all these things as I have no experience with it.

Don’t take spirit airlines
Obviously clothes and utilities, make sure you do research on that country laws
Once you’re there, go book a hotel room and the next day start your adventure (That’s if you come by afternoon or midnight) but if you come in day, then you can explore things much earlier

People that are scared of going on planes are usually retards because you’re only scared of what the news tell you not from your actual experience

Do you have any specific advice for certain countries? I was thinking of travelling to Andalusia in Spain.

Statistically he should be more worried about having a heart attack while browsing soybooru than worrying flying a plane.

If I start having a heart attack I can do something about it, I can go call an ambulance or shout for my parents. If all the engines blow up on the plane what the fuck am I gonna do. I'm just fucked.

I am not joking everybody here has significantly higher chances of having a heart attack than dying from a plane crash

I will consider forcing @Nabbv to go on the plane with me.

If you are an amerimutt you have to get that REAL ID thing on your drivers license or else they won’t let you through TSA and you have to do a bunch of paperwork and pay $40 to get past it. In a year they won’t even have that option and you won’t be able to board without a passport or goverment employee photo ID

I am not loyal to any airline but if you have a credit card they might give you goy points if you fly with a partnered airline otherwise just pick what is cheapest. Don’t buy a cheap carry on you want something sturdy. Before you get there bring cash so you can exchange it for the local currency and see if your bank charges international use fees on your card. Also make sure you get a travel SIM card because if you don’t your phone might automatically start roaming on a different carrier network and it will be ludicrously expensive.

I'm not sure how they handle the ID thing in EU (where I am planning to mostly travel). When I took the train from my homeland (Sweden) to Denmark I didn't have to do anything, I just got off the train and that was it.

Don’t worry about it then. That’s just a stupid thing Americans have to deal with, I didn’t know where you were from.

I presume that international travel is relatively simple once you have done it a few times. It would be convenient to know a guy who knows a guy who lives at your destination so you're not in the dark when you arrive.

Usually translating most things or asking people online for help does the trick
