The Apex Predator - Overly Emotional Human Males

Nothing on this planet is more dangerous than an emotionally vulnerable, high testosterone man. Given the right tools, just one of these people can take out DOZENS of individuals.
(For example: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pulse_nightclub_shooting)
<
The vikings notoriously drank the urine of Deers who had ingested amanita Muscaria mushrooms (the deer would absorb the toxic parts and the urine contained the hallucinogen) which would contribue to a beserk-like state of mind while simultaniously making objects in their vision appear smaller (and thus, weaker, on the battlefield).
<
You might be familiar with watching videos of naked men running around in public with their guts quite literally hanging out of their bodies. This is usually caused by a PCP overdose, a drug which acts almost like an anaesthetic at relatively high doses, while also keeping you intensly stimulated at the same time (so you don't actually pass out, you're awake and very active whilst being completely unconscious)
The stimulatory and dissociative combination sends them into a completely crazed, uninhibited state, where they sustain lethal damage but are completely indifferent to it. They will destroy anything and everyone in their immediate viscinity, total psychosis and invincibility.
<
So many school shootings are down to black/hispanic kids bringing firearms into school and getting jumpy. They don't have any self control, and getting pushed over the edge can cause them to forget all consiquence and take the life of someone else, over nothing at all. Transgender teenagers who are bordering on psychotic who are so, so fearful of everything, continuously get worse and worse until they snap and go out in a flaming-ball of envy and rage.
<
In this state, no one can control themself. We return to our most primal instincts, which is to survive. If we deem something as a threat to our survival, then the future, the past, all of it fades into nothingness and you enter the most focussed state of all. Threat removal, or fleeing from a threat. An overly charged man with enough envy who refuses to run, can cause carnage wherever they find themselves exerting their anger.
<
I'd love to say that this is why (((they))) want to reduce testosterone in men, but androgenic response is entirely relative to testosterone levels. It's mainly other mental health issues that cause someone to lose control more easily than most other humans, and if they lack the testosterone to take that anger out immediately, then it can fester, and build up, and cause someone to plan out a massacre. Fear is the main driving force of anger. Its always fear for yourself or your life that causes you to enter the fight or flight state.
Someone who is constantly in this state, who has no resolve or way of escaping this state of being, will innevitably break.

Self Accountability - Negativity Spiral

Self accountability is important for personal growth, and there are a few ways to go about tracking yourself (I won't cover that here). I think I should outline first of all, that there is no 1 issue holding you back. It's most likely a collection of bad habits that either consume your energy and focus or make you incapable of working on bettering yourself.
<--
From the moment you wake up, you have to be aware that you are constantly offered opportunities to mess up (if you're religeous, then this is God testing you. If you're athiest, then this is your heckin dopamine reward system getting raped by da jooooos)
I personally keep track of mine with a tally counter( remember, it isn't THE failure but rather, the fact that you failed) and mark every mistake / win
<--
Lets go through some quick examples:
A terrible way to start your day is to reach for your phone, so don't do that. Add 1 on the tally if you do this, but this doesn't mean the day is over.
Did you wake up and go through your morning routine without checking soyjak.st? Great, nothing added or removed. If you did, then you failed.
Did you work out today? No? That is a failure. This doesn't mean it's a win either, you are just trying to avoid failures here. (argue with your wall on what counts as 'exercise')
<--
Situational example: You went to the store today
Did you buy something you don't need? (candy, chocolate, ice cream) Then you failed.
Did you only buy what is necessary? Great, nothing gained nothing lost.
<--
The more you let yourself run wild and collect these negative points, the less you are able to perform and attain winning marks. If you are addicted to some drug and you get off, you might be horrified to realise that you still have to actually try if you want to succeed at anything, therefor, the drug itself wasn't holding you back. It was the negativity spiral you created through constantly failing during the day. If you fix everything gradually, all at once, then you'll probably get off the drug as a side effect from improved habits. (since you now start accumulating more wins.)
<--
Okay so we've covered avoiding failures, what about gaining winning marks?

Self Accountability - Positivity Spiral

Just like how you can jump into a downward spiral, upward spirals exist aswell. You can be as viscious at pursuing this or as gentle as you want, but as long as you are reducing bad habits and gaining wins, you are moving upwards. You cannot gain both wins and losses as a human, it's just not possible, we are either improving, or getting worse. Those 2 weeks of motivation that everyone seems to get are what keeps you afloat. Only 2 weeks? To account for months of bad habits?
What would happen if you were to stay on that path for months/years???
<--
Wins come in all shapes and sizes but they must be hard to obtain. You don't get a win for doing your chores, or exercising, or getting to work/school/college on time, but every action that you did not have to do but did anyway, will deserve you a win. It is significantly easier to gain winning points by eliminating failures, what else are you going to do to fill your day? THis is why people find themselves on a 'winning streak' with good habits. Keeping yourself accountable will prevent you from swinging too far into the red, and pushing yourself into another downward spiral.
<--
Winning is actually easy in this regard, you are just eliminating the bad so the good appears naturally. Brute forcing your way into some healthy habit feels impossible for a very good reason, it simply can't fit into your day when you have all these other negative focusses clouding your mind. It is important to mention that the amount of wins isn't anywhere near as significant as the amount of losses.
/
1 win and 0 losses is a good day.
0 wins and 0 losses is a good day.
2 wins and 7 losses is a bad day. etc etc etc
You have to take this chart seriously if you want to elimate these bad habits. It might seem hard at first, but ask yourself, have you really been going that hard at all? If you are scoring more than 5 on average, then try to imagine what your life would be like if you eliminated all these bad habits...
<--
Don't focus on the bad OR the good habits, obsession only keeps what you desire at bay. Just focus on staying neutral and staying in control. You might find it helpful to start habits that help you stay in control, like meditation or daily walks; doing these won't get you a win, but they will help you keep losses away.
<--
So then, what will count as a win? Say you get off work after a long shift, you get home, you eat, you do whatever good habits you do after work, then you sit there with 3 hours until you have to go to sleep. What do you do with those 3 hours? If you even start something productive, then you win. And if you have no losses at all, then you've had a good day.
Anything you have to do to surivive / maintain stability doesn't count as a win since it wards off failures, so even just 1 win a day is enough to have a good day.
<--
No human is perfect, in fact, we're all the same and all of us deal with the same human problems. We're all lazy, emotional, and easily manipulated by our own shitty excuses but the manifestation of bad habits only occurs after the fact. What you do in every moment determines your future, so instead of using willpower every time, just aim for a neutral day.

‘People’ come into this thread to react to a family guy meme talking about not caring about the thread content
<—
I feel like there’s unlimited inspiration for talking about shitskin behaviour to be found on the forums, but writing about that without sounding like I’m complaining sounds like a real challenge actually.

Laziness is a Bad Habit

I watched a particularly bald looking soyboy talk about this bizarre concept that ‘laziness is just the habit of thinking about the work rather than the result’.
<—
Since working builds up dopamine gradually, I had always assumed I must force my way over the initial hurdle to start work. Arguing with myself endlessly, failing at committing and repeating the same cycle almost daily is so, so tiring and I assumed I just needed discipline and willpower to overcome it.
<—
So anyway, I tried ignoring thoughts of work and instead, thought about outcomes for a day. Everything that I thought of when I started these pursuits came back to me, and I kept them at the forefront of my vision.
<—
Shockingly, I was quite excited to start work, I felt naturally motivated and I could even use parts of the soysphere without derailing my focus.
<—
The work itself is irrelevant, I’ve realised I’ve been missing this my entire life, so much unnecessary struggle and ignorance for nothing.
<—
There’s no time like the present, just thought I’d share this in case you procrastinate at all. I only procrastinate the thoughts of the outcome now which are comically easy to overcome in comparison to the hell I endured previously.
Go and have fun with this, I hope it helps you as much as it’s helped me :)

I think the biggest mistake I made in my post from yesterday was describing work as simply work.
It’s not work if you enjoy the pursuit, but when you forget the end result or why you even started, it sure as hell feels like work.
