For the last 4 hours I've been laying in bed in a state of limbo. I seemingly can't fall asleep no matter how hard I try, yet I can't just stay up either, because I'm feeling like shit thanks to only getting 3 hours sleep in the last 40 hours.

Having the opposite effect honestly, I've been sleeping too much and I feel bad for it since I've been consistently going to bed at 10 AM and sleeping in until like 6 PM and my family members keep getting mad at me for it.For the last 4 hours I've been laying in bed in a state of limbo. Honestly want to fix my sleep schedule but I honestly prefer this and it's been my primary sleep schedule during the Summer months for like the past 5 years.
